Industries
Three kinds of client, the Gulf first.
An agency for everyone is an agency for nobody. In year one we focus on three profiles whose buying journeys we understand well enough to make promises about the work, starting with the Gulf: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. All three search before they buy, all now ask AI, and all are underserved by agencies that report traffic instead of customers.
The three profiles we work with
D2C and ecommerce brands in India
Brands that want orders which do not depend on the next Meta price rise. Product and collection page SEO, "best X under ₹Y" content, AI visibility for comparison questions, Shopping ads with the catalogue fixed, and conversion work on product pages and checkout.
- We speak AOV, ROAS, CAC, repeat rate and seasonality
- We fix the Cloudflare and theme issues that hide your store from AI engines
- We report organic revenue, not sessions
B2B SaaS and IT services, 5 to 50 staff
Teams that need demos from buyers who searched, compared and asked AI before they ever spoke to sales. Comparison and alternatives pages, AI visibility for category prompts, G2 and review presence, LinkedIn and Google ads for demos, and analytics from MQL to pipeline.
- We speak MQL, SQL, pipeline, payback and comparison keywords
- Billed in USD, calls scheduled to overlap US and EU hours
- We report demos and pipeline, not impressions
Gulf service businesses
Real estate, clinics and healthcare, hospitality and F&B, education and training, usually with more than one branch. 10 to 200 staff, AED 5 million to 50 million a year. Found on Google Maps, in search and in AI answers, with leads from forms and WhatsApp tracked to the branch. Billed in USD.
Why so narrow
Because a track record is built one profile at a time.
Every industry has its own buying language, its own platforms and its own way of measuring success. An agency that claims all of them is guessing at most of them.
We picked D2C and B2B SaaS because the founders have worked in both, because both are search-driven, and because both are being changed fastest by AI answers: shoppers ask "is brand A better than brand B", and software buyers ask "alternatives to X". Those are exactly the questions our AI search work is built around.
We will widen the list when we have results to show in each new sector, not before. If you are outside these two profiles, the free visibility check is still open to you, and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.

Not sure which profile you fit?
Ask for the free visibility check. If you are outside our focus, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
