Client Zero

We launched with nothing. Here is what happens next.

woofrank.com went live on 8 October 2026 with no rankings, no AI mentions and no leads. We run the same playbook on this site that we sell to clients, and we publish the numbers every month, good or bad. If they stall, you will see that too.

Month by month

The numbers.

Sources: Google Search Console (clicks, impressions, indexed pages); Semrush rank tracking (keywords in top 10 of those tracked); our monthly prompt test, 30 buyer prompts, 3 runs each, across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI (mentions); Semrush (referring domains); our inbox (leads = genuine enquiries from the site, excluding spam and sales pitches). Updated by hand after the 5th of each month.

This month

What we are doing about it.

  • Submit to 20 directories and citation sources with byte-identical name, description and URL
  • Publish the next two guides (SEO vs AEO vs GEO; the ChatGPT brand-check worksheet)
  • Create the LinkedIn company page and founder profiles with identical descriptions
  • Set up the GA4 AI-referral channel group
  • Run SNIFF on woofrank.com itself and publish the report as a sample
  • Publish two unsolicited teardowns: an Indian D2C store and a US-facing SaaS site

Why publish this

Because you cannot sell visibility from a site that has none.

A new agency has no case studies. It can either invent proof or show its work. We chose to show it: this page is the same monthly report our clients get, applied to ourselves, with the same rules.

The rules. Every figure names its source and its date. Zeros are shown as zeros. A bad month stays on the page. AI mentions are reported as a rate over repeated runs, never as a "ranking", because answers change from run to run. Leads are counted only if a real person asked about working with us.

What to watch. Indexed pages and impressions move first. Rankings for long-tail terms come next, usually in months two to four. AI mentions depend on being present on the sources the engines cite, which takes longer. Leads are the number that matters, and the one that moves last.

If you want the same page for your own brand, that is the FETCH retainer. See pricing.
